I an my husband are always thankful and feel so blessed that as of our current financial situation right now, we are not into bad credits. But there's some good news that I want to share. We just go done with our mortgage refinancing last week. And since we have an impressive good credit, (that was what our credit report says)..:), we got the best deal. Of course, our family friend helped us with our refinancing. I won't be mentioning much of the numbers in here, but want to tell the numbers as part of the good news, lol! We got the fixed rate by saving $780 a month and got a $100 refund on the appraisal. God is good! That's another blessing. We didn't happen to find creditloan earlier, so I might as well recommend it :).
