Fast, Easy and Delicious Recipe


Not sure what to make for dinner? Try French Fried Crunchy Onion Chicken. This is ideal for busy wives or moms out there that hardly have enough time to make dinner at home.

Here's the recipe:

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes (4 servings)

1 1/3 cups French's French Fried Onions
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 egg beaten

Procedure:
  1. Place French's French Fried Onions into plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin.
  2. Dip chicken into egg; then coat with onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere.
  3. Place chicken on baking sheet. Sprinkle with additional crumbs, if desired.
  4. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
