Keep Your Kids Flu-Free

Children are at high risk of getting flu especially those with asthma or diabetes. We need to be sure that their ailment is well-controlled before flu season hits. Make sure to take them to their doctor before the season is in full swing.

Be vigilant and make sure your kids practice good hygiene habits as you do like handwashing, not touching their eyes or mouth and avoiding contact with sick kids. if your kids are older than 6 months, let them have the flu shots.

Get your flu shot as well particularly if you have kids under 6 months old, to prevent potentially passing the flu on to your baby.
